A Letter of Reply: Youth is always accompanied by dreams

Peking University, January 2, 2024: Chinese President Xi Jinping corresponds with friends from all walks of life both home and abroad. As a representative of overseas students at Peking University and a representative of young foreign participants at The Global Young Leaders Dialogue, Joseph Olivier Mendo'o from Cameroon has received Xi's reply letter twice. Xi wrote in his reply that the youth is always accompanied by dreams. Encouraged by the letters, Mendo'o has visited China's countryside many times to explore the Chinese path to modernization and share his understanding with the young people in China and Africa.
