Biography:

Andrew Vincent is the former dean of Institute of European Studies in Cardiff University, and a senior honorary professor of the School of Law and Politics. As a famous political scientist, he is an expert in European studies and the history of political thought. His publications include Topics of the State, Modern Political Ideologies, Political Theory: Traditional and Diversity, etc.
