Biography:
Michael Mazart is a car guy who turned his passion for cars and commercial vehicles into his profession as an automotive in-house counsel. When Michael joined Mercedes-Benz in 2013, he took over the role of Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Supplier Risk Management Legal, taking care of bankruptcy and restructuring cases in the global supplier network. In 2017, he moved to Singapore, serving as the General Counsel Asia Pacific for Mercedes-Benz, and providing legal services with his team for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and automotive captive financing. Since 2019, Michael has been living in Beijing, serving as the General Counsel for Mercedes-Benz Group China. As a leader, coach, and mentor, Michael has a deep passion and dedication for supporting people so that they explore their full potential, achieve their professional goals, and have a meaningful life.
