Abstract:
Migrasomes, newly discovered organelles generated by migrating cells, have been observed forming in various in vivo settings. They have been shown to play crucial roles in cell-cell communication and maintaining cellular homeostasis. These organelles integrate spatiotemporal and chemical information and are involved in a wide range of physiological and pathological conditions. In this talk, I will describe our efforts to establish animal models and develop methodologies for studying migrasomes, while also shedding light on their pivotal roles in embryonic development, coagulation, and tumor immunity. Additionally, I will discuss the potential diagnostic and therapeutic applications of
migrasomes.
