Abstract: 

Al's current impact on all fields of IP will be discussed, including how the open source and open weight approach to AI software - for example, Meta's Large Language Model Meta AI or LLaMA - will drive the AI revolution, as the current DeepSeek phenomena has demonstrated. Suggestions on how legal systems can lean into this movement to enhance innovation will be proposed in this presentation as well.
