Chen Binkai is associate professor and vice dean of School of Economics, the Central University of Finance and Economics, Ph.D. in Economics at Peking University, a visiting scholar at the University of Wisconsin, and also a research consultant in the World Bank.

Educational reform, urbanization and housing prices are currently the major macro-economic issues. This lecture will analyze the relations among the three issues on the basis of micro data.
