Peking University December 9, 2021: Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Education released the 2021 Base List of Basic Disciplines Talent Training Program 2.0, Peking University’s pharmaceutical sciences selected on the list.
PKU School of Pharmaceutical Sciences set up the “pharmaceutical sciences innovation class” in 2021. As the carrier of training top-notch talents supported by first class teaching and research platforms such as the national pharmaceutical teaching model center and the state key laboratory of natural and biomimetic drugs, the innovation class establishes an individualized, high-level, and cross-discipline promoting plan for training top-notch pharmaceutical talents. Through measures of dynamic management, academic tutorial system, and small-class teaching, further enhanced are mission driven, master leading, and innovative learning.
In the future, taking advantage of the opportunity to serve as the base of Basic Disciplines Talent Training Program 2.0, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences will continue to improve the training program, procedures, and models, and to systematically integrate high-quality teaching and education resources. The goal is to develop talented people into the country’s future leading scientists, who will be dedicated to the country’s cause of medicine and health, daring to explore scientific frontier problems, and armed with a solid capability of scientific innovation and an international outlook.
