PKU HSBC Business School UK Campus "Cloud-based Chinese Learning Corner" activity launched

Peking University, March 24, 2022: On the afternoon of 10th March, the" Cloud-based Chinese Learning Corner "activity was officially launched, jointly organized by Peking University HSBC UK Campus and the School of Chinese Language and Literature of Central China Normal University (CCNU). The activity was attended by Professor Liu Shaojia, director of Peking University HSBC Business School UK Campus and Professor Yu Yijiao, vice dean of the School of Chinese language and Literature of CCNU. Teachers from both universities, and more than 30 Chinese and foreign students participated in the activity.
The " Cloud-based Chinese Learning Corner " activity aims not only to provide a language learning platform for students, but also aspires to build bridges between Chinese and foreign youths through communication, which is significant in promoting understanding and friendship between future generations.
In this first session, with the discussion revolving around the theme of the “ Culture Behind Chinese Games”, each of the students introduced themselves and engaged in lively, dynamic and engaging conversations, furthering their knowledge of Chinese culture while also deepening their bonds.
The first "Cloud-based Chinese Learning Corner" activity was hailed a success and will continue to be held every Thursday.
