The event is part of the hospital’s 2025 cultural literacy enhancement initiative aimed at boosting staff well-being through the establishment of a three-tiered cultural system encompassing “hospital culture, departmental culture, and family culture”. Earlier programs featured Peking University’s Professor Chu Xiaobo on literature and scholar Li Kelin exploring medical themes in art—aimed at forging culture with professional growth.
