2. Don't be a barrier, if you want something, make it known.

5. Don't let your health slip, look after your physical and mental health.
6. Do get support structures in place – home/education/work.
7. In all aspects of life, do act authentically, inclusively, and with empathy
8. Do enjoy the journey, not just the end goal.
