Panasonic Executive VP Tetsuro Homma visits Peking University

Peking University, March 14, 2024: Recently, Tetsuro Homma, representative director, executive vice president and group regional head for China & Northeast Asia of Panasonic Holdings Corporation, led a delegation to Peking University (PKU). Fang Fang, vice president of PKU, greeted them with a warm welcome at Linhuxuan.

During the meeting, Fang introduced Peking University's exchange programs with Japanese universities and thanked Panasonic for supporting initiatives like the Yuying Scholarship while expressing hope for further cooperation with Japanese companies in China.
Tetsuro Homma reciprocated the gratitude and outlined Panasonic's history in China and collaborative efforts with Peking University in entrepreneurial talent development. He also expressed a willingness for continued partnership to strengthen Sino-Japanese relations.
Following the meeting, Tetsuro Homma delivered a lecture titled "Building a Bridge to Promote Sino-Japan Relations: Panasonic's Management Philosophy and My Practices" at the Democracy Building of the School of Foreign Languages, which was attended by faculty staff and scholars from various departments of Peking University.
